1. Plans
- Free: $0, up to 8 total bills + debts + savings goals and basic Personal Bankroll organization.
- Pro: $9.99 per month unless a different offer is shown at checkout.
- Family: $14.99 per month for exactly two household logins, unless a different offer is shown at checkout.
- Business: $49.99 per month unless a different offer is shown at checkout. Business data remains separate from Personal Bankroll data.
2. Trials
Trial eligibility, length, and required payment method will be shown before enrollment. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan automatically converts to a paid subscription and the payment method is charged.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. Renewal charges occur on or near the renewal date. Taxes may be added where required.
4. Price Changes
We may change prices with advance notice required by law. A price change applies to a future renewal and does not retroactively change an already-paid period.
5. Payment Failure
If payment fails, we may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, limit premium features, or suspend the subscription after reasonable notice.
6. Cancellation
Users may cancel using account settings when available or the Contact Center. Cancellation must be completed before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access usually continues through the end of the paid period.
7. Free Plan Limit
Free users may save up to 8 total items across bills, debts, and savings goals. When the limit is reached, the Service may recommend upgrading to Pro.
8. Receipts
Receipts and subscription confirmations may be provided electronically.
9. Contact
Billing questions should be sent through the Contact Center.
