1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Blue Collar Bankroll LLC (“BCB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing use of the Service. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
- You must provide accurate information and protect account credentials.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and must report unauthorized access promptly.
3. Service Description
Blue Collar Bankroll is a personal financial organization and productivity platform. The Service allows users to enter, organize, track, calculate, and view information in one convenient location, including bills, paydays, debts, savings goals, work-related expenses, estimates, invoices, and other user-entered records. BCB does not take custody or control of your money and does not make financial decisions for you. Results depend on the information you enter and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing entries, calculations, due dates, estimates, invoices, and decisions.
4. Plans, Trials, and Limits
- Free may save up to 8 total items across bills, debts, and savings goals and use the basic features described on the pricing page.
- Pro and Family features require an active paid subscription after any trial.
- Family supports exactly two active household logins, subject to account controls.
- Features and plan limits may change with reasonable notice.
5. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the disclosed billing interval until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. Pricing, trial length, renewal terms, and taxes will be presented before purchase. See the Subscription & Billing Policy.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel through the account settings or available support process. Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not reverse charges already processed. Access normally continues through the paid period. See the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Limited License
BCB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal, household, or authorized business purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or exploit the Service except as allowed by law.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BCB the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, back up, and display content to provide the Service. Public Builder Stories require the separate permissions described in the Builder Story Consent.
9. Acceptable Use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts for violations, security threats, fraud, harassment, or unlawful conduct.
10. Third-Party Services
Third-party payment, hosting, analytics, authentication, and communication services may be used. BCB is not responsible for third-party products or their availability, acts, or policies.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BCB DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ESTIMATES, REMINDERS, DATES, OR CALCULATIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR DECISION.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BCB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, MISSED PAYMENTS, TAX CONSEQUENCES, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. BCB’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BCB DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BCB and its personnel harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, fraud, legal requirements, or nonpayment. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least 30 days after written notice.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted and, when required, communicated before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact Center.
