2. Be Respectful
- No harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, hate speech, or degrading content.
- No targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
- No sharing another person’s private information without permission.
3. Be Honest
- Do not impersonate people or employers.
- Do not post fake credentials, fraudulent jobs, scams, deceptive offers, or misleading financial claims.
- Disclose relevant business relationships in promotions.
4. Keep It Safe and Lawful
- No illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons sales, exploitation, or instructions intended to harm people or property.
- No content that violates intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or employment rights.
- Jobsite photos must not expose confidential projects, prohibited areas, customer data, badges, access credentials, or safety-sensitive information.
5. Job and Opportunity Posts
When launched, job posts must be genuine, accurate, lawful, and clear about employer, location, pay information when available, employment type, and application process. No placement fees charged to workers through deceptive listings.
6. Moderation
BCB may review, reject, remove, limit, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate users. Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, history, safety, and legal requirements.
7. Reporting and Appeals
Report concerns through the Contact Center. Include the relevant account, content, and reason. Users may request a review of a moderation decision.
