Blue Collar Bankroll

Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Recurring billing, cancellation, refunds, and billing-error procedures for Blue Collar Bankroll.

Version 1.0 · Effective August 17, 2026

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Simple rule: Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Charges already processed are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine an error occurred.

1. Recurring Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout until canceled. Any trial conversion date and first paid charge will be disclosed before enrollment.

2. Subscription Charges

Monthly and other subscription charges are generally non-refundable once processed because access to premium features is provided immediately.

3. Trial Charges

If a user does not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid according to the checkout disclosure. Forgetting to cancel does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or processed after a confirmed cancellation. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.

5. Service Problems

If a material technical issue prevents meaningful use of paid features and we cannot reasonably resolve it, we may provide a refund, credit, or extension at our discretion or as required by law.

6. Cancellation and Requests

Users may cancel future renewals through Account & Plan when that control is available or through the Contact Center. Cancellation does not normally refund a charge already processed and access generally continues through the paid period. Submit refund requests within 14 days of the charge through the Contact Center and include the account email, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not include full card numbers.

7. Third-Party Stores

If purchased through an app store or another marketplace, refunds may be controlled by that provider’s policy and must be requested through that provider.
