Blue Collar Bankroll Business

Business Product Terms

Additional terms for estimates, invoices, customer records, jobs, expenses, and other Business features.

Version 1.0 · Effective August 17, 2026

1. Agreement and Relationship to Main Terms

These Business Product Terms supplement the Blue Collar Bankroll Terms of Service. If you use Blue Collar Bankroll Business, you agree to both documents. If these Business Product Terms conflict with the general Terms regarding a Business feature, these Business Product Terms control for that feature.

2. Business Management Tool

Blue Collar Bankroll Business provides software tools for organizing customer information, jobs, estimates, invoices, expenses, crew records, time records, and related business information. Blue Collar Bankroll LLC is a software provider and is not a party to contracts, estimates, invoices, jobs, services, purchases, disputes, or payment obligations between a Business user and that user’s customer, worker, contractor, supplier, or other third party.

3. Your Business Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, pricing, taxes, licensing, insurance, permits, disclosures, terms, warranties, and performance associated with your business and the documents or communications you create through the Service. You must verify estimates, invoices, customer information, due dates, amounts, and payment status before relying on them.

4. Customer Information

You represent that you have a lawful basis to collect, store, and use customer information entered into the Service and to contact customers through any communication method you choose to use. You are responsible for providing notices and obtaining consents required by applicable law.

5. Estimates and Acceptance

An estimate created through the Service is generated from information supplied by the Business user. BCB does not determine whether an estimate, electronic acceptance, email response, or other action forms an enforceable contract. Business users are responsible for using contract language and acceptance procedures appropriate for their jurisdiction and type of work.

6. Invoices and Payments

Invoices are organizational and billing documents created by the Business user. BCB does not guarantee collection or payment. If payment-processing features are used, payment processing may be provided by an independent third party under separate terms, fees, underwriting, holds, reserves, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance requirements.

7. Taxes, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal Compliance

Business reports, expense records, time records, calculations, and summaries are organizational tools and are not accounting, payroll, tax, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for maintaining legally required records and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.

8. User Content and Records

You retain responsibility for information and documents you create or upload. You grant BCB the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, back up, transmit, and otherwise operate the Service. You must not upload information you do not have the right to use.

9. Availability and Third Parties

Business features may depend on hosting, authentication, email, payment, mapping, communications, storage, and other third-party providers. BCB does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.

10. No Guarantee of Business Results

BCB does not guarantee revenue, profitability, customer payment, job acceptance, tax results, collection results, business growth, or any particular outcome from use of Business features.

11. Suspension

BCB may restrict Business features when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, abuse, third-party provider requirements, or material violations of the Terms.
