Last updated: August 6, 2026

Blue Collar Bankroll is an organization and estimation tool—not professional financial, tax, legal, credit, or investment advice.

1. Organizational Tool — Not Professional Advice

Blue Collar Bankroll is a personal financial organization and productivity platform. Blue Collar Bankroll LLC is not a bank, lender, credit union, accounting firm, investment adviser, financial adviser, credit-repair organization, tax adviser, law firm, debt-management company, or fiduciary. Using the Service does not create an adviser-client, accountant-client, attorney-client, lender-borrower, fiduciary, or tax-preparer relationship.

2. User-Controlled Information and Estimates

BCB does not take custody or control of user funds, make payments on a user’s behalf unless a separate feature expressly states otherwise, negotiate debts, or make financial decisions for users. Paycheck, withholding, debt-payoff, per diem, vehicle, travel, savings, Smart Payday, overtime, and similar figures are informational estimates based on user-entered assumptions. Laws, tax rates, benefits, employer rules, interest calculations, and personal circumstances may differ.

3. User Responsibility

Verify bills, balances, due dates, interest rates, withholding, and account information directly with the relevant provider. Do not rely solely on BCB for tax filings, investment decisions, debt settlement, credit repair, loan applications, or emergency financial decisions.

4. Third-Party Professionals

Consult a qualified financial professional, tax professional, attorney, benefits specialist, lender, or other appropriate adviser for advice tailored to your situation.

5. No Guarantee

BCB does not guarantee debt payoff, savings results, credit improvement, tax outcomes, employment, or financial performance.
